Shipping
All Australian domestic orders are shipped using Australia Post, whereby you can track your order online. You will be required to sign for delivery.
All international orders are shipped using DHL Express, whereby you can track your order online. You will be required to sign for delivery.
We recommend providing a daytime address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-5pm.
International taxes and duties
When choosing DHL Express shipping all Duties & Taxes are paid and including in your shipping fees.
When choosing Free Standard International shipping Duties & Taxes are not paid and the responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer.
Taxes and duties are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. these fees are not added to your order total in the checkout and are non-refundable in the instance you wish to return your item.

Bandsome has 14 day return policy on all full priced items.
Australian shipping time
All orders placed before 12pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped within 24hrs.
Orders placed after 12pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped within 48hrs.
Orders placed on a weekend day will be processed within 48 hours of next business day.
Once dispatched, Australia Post provides Bandsome with a 2-3 day delivery service, however, please allow an additional 1-2 days for locations outside of metropolitan areas and up to 5 days for western australia.
Sale shipping time
Please note during sale periods, orders may be subject to delay, please allow an additional 1-2 days for despatch + minimum 3 business days extra for delivery.
Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Bandsome will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability.
Collect in store
Selected Bandsome stores offer the option to collect orders in-store. This service is complimentary. If available for your order, a ‘Collect in Store’ tab will be displayed as a shipping option at checkout. You will receive a notification email when your item is available to pick up. Please wait for this email before coming to the store. Please bring your I.D and order invoice with you on collection.
Wholesale orders
For large volume orders (20 items or more) please allow an extra 24hrs for processing.
In the event that a product is out of stock, please allow 2-3 weeks for stock to be available.
Australia Post ‘Authority to leave’
Bandsome despatches all online purchases with signature on delivery. Bandsome also provides an optional ‘authority to leave’ option via Australia Post for customers who choose to have their parcel delivered without a signature. For all cases whereby a customer opts to have their parcel delivered without a signature, Bandsome no longer holds any responsibility with the safety of your parcel. In the unfortunate event that your parcel goes missing or is stolen, Bandsome is not liable to replace your order.
Ownership and risk
Ownership and risk of damage of the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. We advise checking to ensure your package is intact when receiving your goods.
If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that address) is proof of delivery and fulfillment by bandsome and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
