We use Australia Post for all domestic orders and DHL Express for international.
You will be required to sign on delivery. We recommend providing a day time address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-5pm.
International taxes and duties
Your purchase order is inclusive of taxes and duties, with a breakdown shown on your checkout page. No additional fees.
We use DHL Express DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) for all international orders. This means all duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. We will handle the customs clearance and import charges on our end so that your order arrives on time with no extra hidden fees.

Bandsome has 14 day return policy on all full priced items.
Australian shipping time
All orders placed before 12pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped within 24hrs.
Orders placed after 12pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped within 48hrs.
Orders placed on a weekend day will be processed within 48 hours of next business day.
Once dispatched, Australia Post provides Bandsome with a 2-3 day delivery service, however, please allow an additional 1-2 days for locations outside of metropolitan areas and up to 5 days for WA.
Sale shipping time
Please note during sale periods, orders may be subject to delay, please allow an additional 1-2 days for despatch + minimum 3 business days extra for delivery.
Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Bandsome will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability.
Collect in store
Selected Bandsome stores offer the option to collect orders in-store. This service is complimentary. If available for your order, a ‘Collect in Store’ tab will be displayed as a shipping option at checkout. You will receive a notification email when your item is available to pick up. Please wait for this email before coming to the store. Please bring your I.D and order invoice with you on collection.
Wholesale orders
For large volume orders (20 items or more) please allow an extra 24hrs for processing.
In the event that a product is out of stock, please allow 2-3 weeks for stock to be available.
Australia Post ‘Authority to leave’
Bandsome despatches all online purchases with signature on delivery. Bandsome also provides an optional ‘authority to leave’ option via Australia Post for customers who choose to have their parcel delivered without a signature. For all cases whereby a customer opts to have their parcel delivered without a signature, Bandsome no longer holds any responsibility with the safety of your parcel. In the unfortunate event that your parcel goes missing or is stolen, Bandsome is not liable to replace your order.
Ownership and risk
Ownership and risk of damage of the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. We advise checking to ensure your package is intact when receiving your goods.
If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that address) is proof of delivery and fulfilment by Bandsome and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

All returns are available within 14 days of receiving your items.
You have the right to open the package and check the contents, but the items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original saleable condition. Please ensure all packaging and contents are resealed securely for safe returns back to us.
In store Purchases
All items purchased in store can be returned in store or posted back to us at the customer's expense. If you return an order by post please use a service that provides a tracking number so we can trace the return. We unfortunately cannot take any responsibility for lost returns during transit.

Australian Online Orders
For Australian online customers we offer complimentary returns for your initial return. If you choose to exchange your item/s and then also decide to return your exchanged item/s we charge $10 per item for the second return.
To process your return or exchange please click on the link below and follow the steps.
Once your return or exchange has been approved by our team a returns shipping label will be emailed to you.
Please attach the returns label to the outside of the package and returned to your local Australia Post office or nearest Post Box. Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be received. Once processed your exchange, credit, or refund will be released.
International Online Orders
For all countries outside of Australia we recommend using your most reliable carrier to return your items. If you return an order, please use a service that provides a tracking number so we can trace the return.

Please clearly mark the goods as RETURN on any customs paperwork and declare the correct value of goods. Goods not marked this way or declared at zero value may be subject to delays or import duties.
Any additional duties, taxes or additional charge that may incur during returning will not be refunded by Bandsome.
Once we have received your return a credit or refund will be released. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for your funds to be received.
International Exchanges
Unfortunately we are unable to exchange any international orders. If you'd like to exchange for a new item, please return your original order and place a new order online.
Sale Items
Items on sale may be returned for a store credit only or exchanged in store.
All items marked FINAL SALE are final and unable to be returned. Please double check sizing before purchasing final sale items.
